Our community partner, Petra Eiko, brought two artists from the Building Bridges Art Exchange to present to our 11th grade Museum Studies class today. Artists Antuan Rodriguez and Yuchi Estevez shared their art with us and treated us to a demonstration on how sound can affect our mood and senses.

Mental Health Week: March 25-29

March 25-29

We believe our students' socio-emotional development is just as important as their academic development. That's why we've planned a week of activities to raise awareness about issues related to mental health. Resources within our school and community will be highlighted throughout the week.

Museum Studies field trip to The Broad

April 11

On April 11th, our 11th grade Museum Studies students took a field trip to The Broad. We took the Metro downtown, which is always a fun experience for our students. We viewed the temporary Soul of a Nation exhibit and participated in The Broad's Art + Rhyme program.
